Common questions.
Anything else, ask us on the discovery call.
What is go-to-market consulting?
It is the work of getting a product in front of the right customers: who you sell to, how you position and price it, which channels you use and how you launch. We build the plan and help you run the first 90 days.
Do you only work with software businesses?
No. We work with product and service businesses across sectors. Our own background is in technology, so we are strongest where software or security is part of the offer.
Can you manage a project someone else is building?
Yes. We often lead delivery for projects built by your team or other vendors, and we are upfront if we think a plan is not realistic.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the work. We agree the scope and timing with you before we start, and a delivery lead stays for as long as the project needs.
Can this be combined with your security work?
Yes. Many clients pair a launch plan with a pre-launch penetration test, or a delivery lead with an application build. You keep one contract and one point of contact.
